emulsifier bottle是化妝品主要的容器之一，其口徑較大，壁較厚，材質(zhì)由亞克力、玻璃等組成，本篇我們主要分析下膏霜類包材的質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)要求，由于小編水平有限，錯誤難免，所以本文僅供在優(yōu)品社群采購包材的朋友們參考：

一、基本外觀要求

1、異物：不得內(nèi)混有灰塵、飛蟲、毛發(fā)等雜物

2、外觀：不得出現(xiàn)裂紋,飛邊，毛刺、污點(diǎn)、油污、擦花、刮傷、重影等

3、短塑/不飽模：產(chǎn)品不完整并嚴(yán)重影響整體外觀

4、容器破裂：無法填充內(nèi)容物，并已影響功能及整體外觀

二、表面處理與圖文印刷要求

1、Painting: plating, spraying point or line bottoming, pitting, etc., should be within limits

2、燙飾/版面：必須與設(shè)計封樣一致，印刷文字或圖案重影，邊緣不平整或呈鋸齒狀，點(diǎn)裝缺失，色點(diǎn)，等，不得影響整體產(chǎn)品外觀及燙飾圖樣且應(yīng)在限度范圍內(nèi)（色點(diǎn)不得出現(xiàn)在logo上及附近0.5cm內(nèi)）

3. Surface color difference: must meet the standard of signing samples

4,文字：不得少了文字或圖案，字體殘缺不全，印刷字體出現(xiàn)斷筆、殘缺,不容易分辨出原有的字體

5、Ink pollution: 1mm2↑ ink adhered to the surface of the product (different color points and so on)

6,燙印/印刷附著度：用3M-810膠帶粘著1分鐘后成45°～90°角用力快速撕下一次,不得有明顯脫落以至于露底，字體應(yīng)清晰可見。

7,電鍍/噴涂附著度：使用美工刀，在電鍍/噴涂的部位劃出4～6個邊長約0.2cm的方格（劃傷電鍍/噴涂的涂層即可），用3M-810膠帶粘到方格上1分鐘后成45°～90°角用力快速撕下,不得有脫落。

三、材質(zhì)與結(jié)構(gòu)要求

四、功能性要求

1,蓋與瓶的配合扭力：蓋與瓶旋緊后，用扭力儀測試開啟扭力應(yīng)在0.2N.m～0.7N.m之間，且擰緊后繼續(xù)擰緊時不得滑絲。

2,外蓋與內(nèi)蓋拔除力：用拉拔力測試儀測試外蓋和內(nèi)蓋之間的拔脫力應(yīng)≧4千克力（39.23牛）。

3,真空泄漏測試：將產(chǎn)品加滿水，躺放（或倒置）在真空箱內(nèi)的吸水性白紙上。抽真空15分鐘,損失率不得大于0.5% 。

4,真空箱氣壓：產(chǎn)品料體為普通料體-0.06MPa，產(chǎn)品料體中含有揮發(fā)性成分：-0.08MPa 。

5,墜落測試：裝滿水1m高度墜落，有破裂\松脫或功能不正常
